1. Director of the Management Committee of Engineering Center: Chen Chunyuan, Chairman / General Manager of Jiangsu Lanling Chemical Group Co., Ltd., Bachelor degree. He has been engaged in coating technology R & D and production management for 29 years with profound knowledge, he has presided over a number of national, provincial and ministerial level research projects, been involved in the formulation of 3 national and industry standards, and won 8 awards of scientific and technological progress on the provincial and ministerial level. Has been rated as the National Spark Advanced Workers, the first batch of young and middle-aged professional and technical top-notch talent of Changzhou City, won the first Jiangsu Province Outstanding Youth Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Award, the Third National Outstanding Youth Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Award, he is in charge of the overall planning of the construction of "Engineering Center".

2. Director of Engineering Center: Gao Xintian, Deputy General Manager / Chief Engineer, Researcher-level Senior Engineer of Jiangsu Lanling Chemical Group Co., Ltd. He is the training object of "333 Cultivation Project" in Jiangsu Province, the training object of Scientific and Technological Entrepreneurs in Jiangsu Province, Member of the Committee of Experts of China National Coatings Industry Association, Director of the Committee of Experts of Coatings Association of Changzhou City. He graduated from Taiyuan Mechanical College with the major of special organic synthesis in 1988 and has long been engaged in coating production technology and management. He has presided over and participated in a number of provincial and ministerial projects and obtained 5 national patents for inventions (4 ranked first and 1 ranked fifth), three national invention patents, and has received 3 provincial and ministerial scientific and technological progress awards. He has presided over the drafting of an industry technical standards, published 8 professional papers, he is in charge of the development of research programs and product technical design in the construction of "Engineering Center".

3. Deputy Director of Engineering Center: Liu Lizhu, Professor of Harbin University of Science and Technology, Vice Dean of School of Materials Science and Engineering, and Deputy Director of Key National Laboratory of New Materials. He graduated from University of Science and Technology Beijing in 1982, and has presided over and participated in more than 10 national, ministerial and provincial scientific research projects, and been awarded 1 second prize and 1 third prize of the provincial and ministerial level scientific and technological progress awards. He has obtained 4 national invention patents and applied for 6 national invention patents. He is mainly in charge of the product research and development of the "Engineering Center".

4. Deputy Director of Engineering Center: Chen Jiangang, graduated from Jiangsu Polytechnic University in 1988 specializing in organic synthesis. He has long been engaged in the research and development of coating technology products and has presided over a number of provincial and state-level scientific research projects. He has obtained 3 national invention patents and won 4 provincial and ministerial level science and technology progress awards, been involved in the development of a number of national and industry standards, he is mainly in charge of the product industrialization development of the "Engineering Center".

5. Deputy Director of Engineering Center: Ma Jin, senior engineer, graduated from the Department of Chemical Engineering of Changzhou University (formerly Jiangsu Petrochemical Institute) in 1997. After joining Jiangsu Lanling Chemical Industry Group Co., Ltd., he successively served as the technician of Jiangsu Lanling Polymer Materials Co., Ltd., the research director, deputy chief engineer and deputy director of the colored steel coating laboratory of the company's research institution, he has completed 8 technical research and development achievements including the SF ultra-thin steel structure intumescent fire retardant coating, obtained 3 patents, namely Low Temperature Curing Color Coil Coating Material and the Preparation Method Thereof, a chromium-free fingerprint-resistant coating material, and spraying polyurea elastomer self-defoaming siloxane copolymerized isocyanate-terminated prepolymer composite. Since 1998, he has won 5 Wujin District Science and Technology Progress Awards, 1 Changzhou City Science and Technology Progress Award, 1 ministerial-level progress award 1, and was identified as Changzhou Wujin District Outstanding Scientific and Technological Worker.
